Large Bespoke Modern Media Unit – Embassy Gardens

We’re proud of the end result for this bespoke modern media unit we created in Embassy Gardens. Our customer wanted a bespoke media unit to match their apartment’s existing furnishing, to make it feel like it’s always been there.

The unit is comprised from a mixture of materials. The timber which makes up the majority of the units was personally selected by our designers to match to the light oak wood used in the apartments throughout Embassy Gardens. This meant the units we created fitted the aesthetic of the apartments across the building development.

The lower section is a walnut base with a dark marble finish, as you can see in the gallery below. There’s also a mirror back with an LED spotlight at the top of every shelf in each section. This highlights the quality of the workmanship and materials used to create the unit.

A matching wood finish wasn’t the final touch. We matched the height on every shelf, so it was parallel and mirrored on the other side with the built-in mirror and frame.

Large TV Media Unit and Desk - Embassy Gardens

This project again saw us designing, building and installing a media unit for a client in Embassy Gardens. This project included a desk for the client, as you can see in the project gallery, making the perfect working from home office, ideal for the emerging post-pandemic working culture.

As with the previous project, the wood we selected matched the building’s oak feel finish on the timber. The TV unit was designed to fit in a space which all apartments have. All the compartments, shelving, storage and sections were made to the customer’s specifications, in order to house their large plasma screen TV, and store and display their possessions.

Each section of the unit has LED lights with the profile embedded in the front of the top shelf of each compartment.

The desk includes bookshelves on top section, while the worktop is used as a working area, and it has three drawers for document storage on a soft close runner.
